This is the first stage in a two-stage application process.

You will be asked to supply information about your organization, contact information, and to describe the activities for which funding is being sought.

Please provide a brief description of the activities for which funding is being sought, including the start and end dates, amount requested, and alignment with the focus areas. This information will be used to determine whether this proposal is invited for the full application submission.

This proposal is not a formal request for funding. If invited to proceed in the application process, you will be required to submit a full application. 
Compliance
If you are invited to submit a full application you will be required to follow all guidelines for CFSEM's Community Grant program. The following documents will be required upon the full application:
  • Organizational budget for the current year
  • Current Board list with date of appointment (please note that if the terms span multiple years due to when Board members are elected, please make sure the document indicates that, e.g. 2025-2026)
  • Program or organizational budget for the request period
  • The most recent independent audit or financial review
